These terms are a starting structure — have a lawyer review before publishing a final version.

Engagements

Project scope, timeline, and cost are agreed in writing before work begins. Changes to scope are documented and priced separately.

Upon final payment, source code, design files, and hosting/domain access transfer fully to the client.

71 Media's liability for any engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.
